We encourage you to schedule an annual well-woman examination. This preventative visit includes age appropriate health and cancer screening. Current guidelines recommend Pap smears starting at age 21. Lab work, sexually transmitted disease (STD) screening, and vaccinations are provided as needed. For reproductive age women, care includes discussion of contraceptive needs and preconception counseling. Hormone therapy is available in the menopause transition.
